自顶向下装配体建模处理流程:
1)在装配体中添加新零件
2)装配体中的零件建模
3)建立关联特征
4)断开外部参考
1.2虚拟零部件建模
注意:
1)在虚拟环境中对装配体进行建模,关联特征和零件最好是“一对一”-->使用在本装配体内多个装配体中的零件不适合使用关联特征建模,因为关联特征会建立外部参考。
2)如果一个虚拟零部件要被用到其他装配体中,最好预先将此零件复制并删除所有的外部参考。插入新零件

1.设置为【不透明】,所有的几何体将同等对待,光标选择的总是前面的面。
2.如果透明零件后面有不透明零件,按住shift键可以选择透明零件后的几何体
--->SW2014中,不按shift键也可以透过透明的零件选择后面的几何体
3.如果当前编辑零件前有一个不透明的零件,按住Tab键可以透过不透明的零件选择被编辑零件的几何体
--->当鼠标在零部件上时,按Tab键会隐藏当前零部件
4.使用【选择其他】命令选择被其他面遮挡住的面。
--->对鼠标所指零件右键选择【逆转选择】,可选择相连的零件

1.6保存虚拟零部件

1.点击【是】在位配合和所有的外部参考将都被删除。
2.点击【否】只会删除在位配合关系,不会删除参考包括外部参考。
可以利用在位配合的草图关系,用两个绘图平面的重合关系来代替在位配合。
外部参考用来创建在装配体环境下的各个零部件之间的参考,一般都为草图几何关系,也可以为草图平面或者其他几何特征。

1.8.1断开和锁定外部参考
【全部锁定】:用于锁定或者冻结外部参考,直到用户使用【解除全部锁定】为止。被断开的参考符号为“->*”解除后会变为“->?”
操作可逆,用户在解除锁定外部参考以前,所有更改都不会传递到被关联文件中。
【全部断开】:用于永久性的切断与外部参考文件的联系。被断开的参考符号为“->x”,参考不再传递。
---》全部断开不会删除外部参考只是简单断开了外部参考,并且永久不能恢复。

1.9删除外部参考
如果需要永久性的停止修改传递,最好的方法是先使用【另存为】命令将虚拟零部件【另存为一个副本】,然后在复制的零件中删除外部参考关系。
删除外部参考的原因:关联环境下创建的零部件被其他装配体引用,将会对原来的装配体产生影响。
1.零部件移动:在位配合会影响零件的移动,可以删除在位配合,但仍保持特征是关联的。
2.重复利用数据:零件在被其他装配体使用前必须处于非关联状态。
