男，博士，教授，博士生导师。北京工业大学获硕士学位，香港理工大学获博士学位。现任北京工业大学建筑工程学院党委书记，空间结构研究中心副主任，工程抗震模块主讲教授，兼任中国建筑学会建筑结构分会理事，中国钢结构协会空间结构分会秘书长，空间结构委员会委员，膜结构专业委员会委员，《世界地震工程》杂志编委，国际壳体与空间结构协会（IASS）会员。主要研究方向为大跨度空间结构,结构隔震、减振与振动控制，地震工程与结构动力学。作为项目负责人或重要骨干参加完成10余项国家级及省部级科研项目，发表学术论文60余篇，多篇发表在国际著名期刊或在国际会议上宣读，被国际著名检索工具SCI、EI及ISTP收录论文20余篇次。先后获得国家科技进步三等奖、北京市科技进步二等奖、美国COLBY优秀论文奖等各项奖励10余项。1993年被评为北京市高校优秀青年骨干教师，1994年被评为北京市高校（青年）学科带头人，1995年获北京市优秀青年知识分子称号，1999年入选北京市跨世纪优秀人才工程。 业
